Brasserie L'Umbria - Biguglia

I took the time to lay the feet under a table of the brewery the umbria while I was on a professional trip on biguglia between noon and two. The dish of the day: lamb and dauphinois gratin!It was good and the freshness brought by the salad and tomatoes made good on this dish, even if the meat would have been a little more tender. The greedy coffee offered was good as well, but there was no crunch (flan, tiramisu, strawberries with cream): a small biscuit would have been welcome. At the hotel next door, we wanted a pizza in the evening. with tripadvisor, I found this brewery. Pizzas are excellent. the really nice inner frame. It's a shame that the air conditioning broke down.
