Burger King - Billings

I love how fast food is paying there workers 17 an hr and can’t even remember to put cheese on the burgers when they ask us if we want it, and then there’s my poor friend. They get paid the same amount and have to work a management job where they not only have to do there own work, but constantly work the front desk filling in for people dealing with hundreds of customersA day, having there boss think they can do 2 full time jobs for one and then get fired because they couldn’t keep up with doing 2 jobs in an 8 hr day. It’s just lovely

Terrible, food was fresh and cold. That's the normal temperature for food here in billings from fast food restaurants. Doesn't matter which brand you try the food is cold. And the people act like it's OK. It's not ok!

32 minutes in line in the drive through!!! There were 6 outfits between us the order speaker!!!When the outfit ahead of us waited 4 1/2 minutes for someone to take their order, they left, we left, the 2 behind us left!Absolutely ridiculous!!! 4 1/2 minutes at an order speaker, no one comes on!!!

Additionally, I noticed inconsistencies in my order; I had ordered extra toppings and cookies, but they were forgotten. There was also no ice for my drinks, and the table was dirty. I did see a staff member who was working hard, but overall, the service was lacking. The cashier was kind, which was a plus, but they really should be more honest with their customers. It seems like they have a lot of room for improvement.
