Imperial Thai Cuisine - Billings

I ordered the yellow curry with beef and the cashew chicken. The curry and vegetables were fantastic, but the beef was dry, tough, and lacking flavor. The curry was tasty enough to prevent a lower rating, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again. The cashew chicken was decent, but the chicken was somewhat tough as well.

The new Imperial Thai restaurant is situated in the recently renovated Vegas Hotel on 27th Street. The food is as outstanding as the city center itself. The portions are quite generous; in fact, we had enough leftovers to take home. We've enjoyed some fantastic Thai cuisine in both the USA and Canada, and this place ranks among the best, offering authentic flavors at very reasonable prices. I can’t express enough how pleased we were and can’t wait to return! If only we could give it 10 stars! Thank you for another wonderful meal!

My favorite place to eat, apart from home! I discovered this gem a few months ago and I've been hooked ever since. The imperial curry is absolutely incredible! My partner's favorite dish is the Bangkok Dangerous. You really can't go wrong here! The food is awesome and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

I am surprised by the positive reviews. Maybe because we ordered vegetarian items with Tofu? We ordered the Pan-Fried Bean Thread Noodle and Pad See Ew Noodle, as take-out. Both were bland. The Pad Lake Ew had only a few broccoli. EDIT: (Address to the owner's response) Over the years we have eaten vegetarian entrees from at least 20 Thai restaurants. I know that it is completely possible to make tasty Thai dishes that are completely vegetarian; I saw her. It is not common, but it can be done in any case. My assessment is, and this interaction could be particularly valuable for other vegetarians.

DIRTY KITCHEN is what you stare at while waiting 2 hours while the rude staff ignore the customers because they are running multiple ghost kitchen scam with 3 inexperienced employees. If you order food from here don't expect it that night. Not the original imperial thai, not good anymore. If you look in to that dirty kitchen you can see the counter full of numerous empty to go bags, while waiting on food it sat like that for two hours.
