Today we ordered lunch from Pita Pit and were impressed with the variety of options and easy ordering process. They also clearly label vegan items on their menu, making it simple for those with dietary restrictions.

The restaurant has recently introduced a variety of Beyond Meat options. Despite not having tried them yet, as I always stick to their falafels, I can say that this place is great for a quick, affordable, and relatively healthy meal. The menu is clearly marked with vegan options as well.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a Pita Pit location. I ordered a Pita with beyond meat, but it was undercooked. When I called to address the issue, the manager insisted that he had cooked it perfectly and dismissed my complaint without offering to fix the problem. My negative review is based on the manager's lack of accountability and failure to apologize for the poor quality of the food. I have been a loyal customer of Pita Pit since 2005, but have only visited this specific location three times in the past week. This was the first time I encountered any issues with the food or service. I suggest avoiding ordering beyond meat unless you plan to eat it in the store so you can address any issues in person. Despite this negative experience, Pita Pit is a great chain overall, especially for vegans and vegetarians. However, I would recommend avoiding this particular location if the same manager is still in charge, unless you can address any problems in person.
