Delicious national “snegler”, good coffee, rye bread and other buns.

Coffee is too strong. Sandwich is delicious. I can recommend.

Disgraceful Staff. The staff member (An older lady with a pony tail who served us ,decided to take our order and then. proceeded to sweep the floor, then take the rubbish out. Touching all the rubbish and dirt and then went to get our order. And didn’t even wash her hands. My wife asked her if she could wash her hands but received the reply of “I’m not touching the food”. Despite her touching both food and plates. And despite being right next to the sink L. is this level of lack of hygiene acceptable, I think not. Perhaps they need to go an a health and safety course. or hire staff who actually are concerned with the health and safety of its customers.

It is a nice cafè-bakery on the first floor of the Billund Luthavn airport, we had a quick snack while waiting for our flight. The staff is polite and kind. Good croissant, and pepproni pizza not bad. Take your time for a visit if you're waiting for your flight.

This bakery offers an excellent selection of breads. Prices match the the high quality. The coffee was slightly disappointing.
