Brock's At Ross Bridge - Birmingham

I visited Brock’s when on a business trip by myself and Paris, the restaurant manager, was the most welcoming and friendly woman ever!!! Outstanding service and atmosphere! The red snapper was also great. I’d highly recommend this restaurant (whether with someone else or solo) purely because of how amazing and friendly the staff are.

Rick and I celebrated our birthdays with a two-day stay at Ross Bridge! Shortly after checking in, we headed down to Brock's for dinner. Everything we tried was delicious, and our server, Benjamin, provided stellar service. For appetizers, we had the chicken flatbread and the kale salad, both of which were fantastic. Our main courses were steaks cooked to perfection. However, I believe the sides were the highlight of the meal. I had zucchini and Rick chose potatoes, and both were outstanding. I can’t wait for breakfast there tomorrow!

I went to this restaurant for a reunion with some long-time friends. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly; the staff really made an effort. However, when it comes to the quality of the food versus the price, it just didn't meet my expectations. For instance, the waitress emphasized that the duck was highly recommended cooked medium rare. My wife ordered it, but it arrived well done. Most of what I had was decent, but it wasn't worth the price we paid. My filet, which was over $50, was tough and chewy. On a positive note, the bread was excellent. Overall, the staff did a commendable job.

I visited the restaurant on Valentine's Day, and I found the food to be quite bland. The next day, I realized that I had been charged twice. I've tried to reach out to them several times, but they either don't seem to believe me or just don’t care. I'll go ahead and dispute both charges with my bank.

I had dinner tonight at Brock’s and the atmosphere is amazing. It’s very modern with an open kitchen. I got to sit at the chef’s table and was greeted by amazing servers and chefs. The focaccia bread was amazing and so flavorful and served with the house butter. I enjoyed the flatbread with rotisserie chicken, goat cheese, and grapes. I would highly recommend the flatbread. It was delicious with fresh ingredients and made in front of you in the kitchen. This is a perfect spot for a great dinner and to get away and relax from the busy day.
