Dave Buster's Birmingham

Made a reservation at beginning of week (Tuesday) for my son’s birthday (on Friday). Got confirmation emails and texts during week. Even got a remind text 10mins before reservation time. To then arrive on time and them not honor the reservation saying, the manager changed it to first come first serve for the night because of a game being on! So then couldn’t find an open table because it was so crowded. So then we couldnt even eat dinner or do cake! Overall very disappointed in the way things were handled. They shouldn’t allow reservations if they aren’t going to honor them!!!

I made a reservation through open table for my group. When we arrived, I was told they did not accept reservations on Thursday. We were also not allowed to use the larger tables due to a group that only used about 4 tables in the entire section. The front desk and manager was not eager to help. We had to wait a long while on food. I needed to charge my phone, outlets at bar did not work. I was told by a staff member i could charge for $1. Only when i returned the charger did i find it was $3 an hour. I will think twice before taking my team to Dave and Busters and take my $500 and spend elsewhere.

This was a great place to have a party. My server was amazing. The food was not worth what was paid, but other than that it was an experience.

Server was a little rude but overall GREAT EXPERIENCE

The key is to eat elsewhere and go there to play. They are so short- staff, that it will take you >1 hour to order and eat dinner. The food is very good and well-prepared, but nobody with kids wants to wait that long. What a mess! The rest of the place remains video game heaven for kids.
