Domestique Coffee Roaster (not A Coffee Shop) Production Facility

We went in here shortly before they closed for the day and bought a 10oz bag of Chapeau espresso blend. The espresso we made with it at home had nice balanced flavor with berry notes and a good amount of crema. The staff was very friendly and made a good suggestion for us. While we were able to buy a bag of coffee beans, we got the impression that this location may not have necessarily been a retail establishment. It might be worth clarifying if you are coming from out of town.

Is this place still open? I've tried 2-3 times to contact them and no reply. I wanted info on their products--Wavelength is the only one I tried, and I was only in Bham on a visit.

Their Golden Brew with turmeric is amazing. And I loved their butternut squash soup. Quaint and intimate setting. Friendly service. Wonderful addition to downtown!

I live over 100 miles from the venue but Domestique has always worked well with me to deliver an exceptional product. Couldn't ask for better coffee or people.

The guys here have done an excellent job creating high quality coffee. They source from the three countries, but my favorite is their Haitian roast. The nitro cold brew is absolutely delicious and has a smooth, buttery taste.
