First Watch - Birmingham

First Watch is a hidden gem hidden in a Hoover stripe marble, only open for breakfast and lunch. The menu offers unique offers and serves cocktails! I chose the kale Energy Drink and it was amazing. Recommend this place with friendly staff, good service and comfortable seating.

We hadn't stopped here in a couple years and I'm glad we have them another try! When Egg I originally changed to First Watch I had gotten the avocado toast and it was so bad. Just pure lemon and gross. However, I'm pleased to say this time it was delicious and the presentation amazing! The Elite Mexican Street Corn Hash was superb and we will definitely be back for more.

Every time we've come here the food is delicious and the service is amazing. My favorite thing to get is the multi grain pancake with a chicken sausage and eggs. The potato hash is delicious too! I definitely recommend coming for breakfast or brunch with friends or family.

Wait was crazy. We were a party of 6. Getting the table took 20 mins, which was great. However, it took more than 30 mins just to place the order. They are quite understaffed so be prepared for some wait time. Food is decent; nothing to write about.
