Excellent service and delicious food served immediately

Everything was perfect. it is ashamed as the hotel has expired. I wish they could be in a standalone or nice hotel.

I didn't think it was so great! it was my husband's birthday and they forgot to be dessert until I asked. then he had to get rid of it.

Ruth’s is always a solid go to. Wasn’t bad enough for me not to go back but definitely had a disappointing experience. Our waiter was fantastic. Just the restaurant isn’t what it used to be. Gradually have noticed it but became apparent this time. I hope Ruth’s can restore to the solid go to they used to be. But I’ll still be a customer. At the end of the day, amazing steaks.

First visit in months due to illness. Overall experience was great, as usual. Service by Mary K outstanding. Steak was superb. Perfectly prepared rib eye. Salad crimini mushrooms were great. Only disappointing part was the extra blackened shrimp which were minimally seasoned, undercooked, and served room temperature (cold) hence not a 5 star rating, but almost. We miss the original Ruth’s C in New Orleans, but this one is usually excellent in all areas.
