Five Guys Burger And Fries - Birmingham

This was my first time at Five Guys, as I had avoided it in the past due to the higher prices. However, this time we were too hungry to resist. I really liked the menu, which allowed you to customize your own burger with a wide variety of toppings, very clever. The burger was delicious but very messy. While I'm no expert, I found the fries to be superior to McDonald's and the portion size was generous. I also appreciated the unlimited drink refills. The service was a bit slow, but I enjoyed watching the food being prepared. Overall, it was a positive experience that I would definitely repeat in the future.

This was my first time at Five Guys and I found it quite interesting. I was impressed by the variety of soft drink options available. The burger was tasty, but a bit messy to eat with all the fillings. I thought the bun was a bit dry. Overall, I enjoyed the concept of the restaurant.

Great service, very fast and a tasty burger. BIG mistake, I asked for cheese and got a sheet of plastic processed rubbish!

Five Guys outlets are fairly consistent in my experience and the one in Birmingham City Centre was no exception, Good place for quick bite (though service slower than most burger chains) and a bonus for those like my wife who has a rapeseed allergy as Five Guys cook using peanut oil. It is one of the very few fast food outlets where she can enjoy a portion of fries. Very busy place, but service was friendly and attentive.

A burger restaurant that's a level or two above e.g. Burger King and McDonald's. Really delicious burgers that are filling, and really good milkshakes. Plenty of options to put your burger together exactly the way you want it. Quick serving. A great place where we would like to come again next time we're in Birmingham.
