Pizza Express - Birmingham

Visited with woman and family and our 2 1/2 year grandson. eating was as good as usual. the pizza is great. the service was excellent, even up to one of the Italian waiters who teach our grandson italian and time with him and geduld. here previously visited and it is always good. a nice visit, thank you!

'Pizza Express Live ' last night with Eva Noblezada was fantastic. Great food. Great service. Lovely staff. Great show.

Pizza Express is one of the few chains that i have tried out in different cities and what impresses me is the quality of the food. It is consistent and good in all the outlets that i have eaten in. I ordered the Diavolo Pizza because that was the spiciest option that they had on their list. The Pizza was great with its thin crust. The toppings just complemented each other with their spicy flavor. Would definitely recommend this to the spice lovers. Trust me, the tabasco sauce on this definitely adds a kick to it. The Ambiance was pretty much the same that i have seen in other places, with lots of Pizza boxes lined up on the other side of the counter. It gives you a feel of casual as well as a fine dine Italian restaurant. Would definitely keep eating at this chain when am in the mood for some Italian.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were attending a Janet Devlin concert, so the place was quite busy. Although we had to wait, I figured it wouldn't take long given the crowd. Once we placed our order, the pizza arrived surprisingly quickly despite the busyness. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the vibrant atmosphere. It's an excellent venue for experiencing live music up close, almost like a one-on-one performance. I would give it 5 stars and mention that drinks were reasonably priced at 5 pounds.
