Thuy's Noodle Shop - Bisbee

The Pho at this restaurant was fantastic. It was one of the best broths we have ever tasted. The service was excellent, and we had a wonderful dining experience. The prices were reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person for lunch. We rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5. We highly recommend trying the Beef Pho and the Banh MI dishes.

The restaurant is small with outdoor seating. The food is authentic and the service is good. Prices are average after the pandemic. It is located across the street from a statue of a copper man. Overall ratings are Food: 4, Service: 4, Atmosphere: 3.

When we come to Bisbee, Arizona, we always stop at Thuy’s for her pho. Thuy often greets customers as they arrive and often continues the conversation while preparing your meal.
