Tim Hortons - Bishop's Falls

Excellent customer service. Great team who seem very supportive of one another. Some Tim Hortons make their items better than others, this location is among the better at least what I had (Ice Caps and donuts). Also, even though they couldn't fill my water bottles directly, due to covid restrictions, they gave me two large waters which I then used to fill my bottles. Overall great experience.

Extremely slow and disorganized. Got my order wrong after waiting for what seemed like forever. Every time I visit here I say it will be my last time because I always have the same experience!!

The facilities were clean and the service was good :

Slow, slow, slow service. Mixed up my order twice but another persons was screwed up 4, yes 4 times. Time for some staff training and maybe a secret shopper visit. The franchisee mustn't visit at all? If he/she has visited then there is another problem!

Very friendly, quick service, restaurant and bathroom were very clean and they got our order correct! Great job team!
