The waitress was fantastic. It's a pity my chicken burger wasn't cooked all the way through, but they apologized and refunded me. The others at the table really enjoyed their meals.

We were initially served by a lovely lady who took our order, but things quickly went downhill from there. We didn't receive what we ordered, and even after sending it back twice, we still ended up with the wrong dishes. Eventually, we just decided to let it go. When our food finally arrived, it was disappointing to see that what we got was completely different from what we had ordered, but we chose not to complain, as we felt it would be more frustrating than helpful. This experience was such a letdown, especially since we have always enjoyed great service and meals here in the past. With four children and three adults in our party, I had requested butter and tomato ketchup, but we were only given a small bowl of ketchup and two tiny pieces of butter. In the end, we had to ask for more so that everyone could have enough. Overall, we were not impressed this time around.
