Zam's Food Fudge - Bislig

I've always enjoyed their siomai and fried siopao! While the ambiance of the restaurant may not be very appealing, the food on their menu is consistently good. Their famous chocolate moist cakes are particularly delightful. The establishment has maintained the quality of the dishes they serve, which is why the locals keep coming back for more.
