The only way we got in touch with her was going into her store. We put a deposit down for our wedding that day, and when it came time to set up tastings just a couple months before our wedding. We were never able to get an answer. Emailed, called, texts for about 3 weeks even went to her store during her hours and she was never there. After we let her know we were no longer going with her for our wedding, we still never received a reply. The communication was never there to say the least.

We put a deposit down almost a year ago for our wedding.. we did our tasting and we had all our flavors picked out.. I started to try and reach her about 5 months ago to make some changes to our order and ever since then.. have heard nothing! My wedding is a month away and thanks to her I will now be scrambling to find someone to do my wedding cake and cupcakes! Absolutely ridiculous, I have reached out on every platform possible, texting, calling, emailing and I even stopped in and was told by someone downstairs they haven't seen her in weeks even though nothing in her store front says closed or didn't have a note explaining anything. I truly hate to do this but it seems to be a regular thing with this business so if you are searching for desserts for an event I highly recommend not giving her a deposit and probably just looking elsewhere is the safer option. So not only are we just out of our deposit, we are left stressed to find someone who can make a cake and 300 cupcakes. I completely understand if something happened this past year or she is simply to busy to do our wedding but then there is NO reason she can't pick up the phone and let people know that!!! Unreal....

We put our deposit down for our wedding cake, when we tried scheduling a tasting we received no calls, texts, emails, and there was nobody at the store during open hours. I see another person on Google reviews has a story similar to ours. Do we have another Glasser images Situation in Bismarck?? Fortunately Cake dreams in Mandan was able to help us out. Kersten you not only owe us our deposit, but an explanation.

Good luck getting ahold of this place once you put a deposit down. You will not be able to contact her or find her at her store. Never in my life did I think I would have to track down our dessert vendor for the last 5 months. Embarrassing customer service. Her phone is never on and if you leave a message for her anywhere she doesn’t ever get back to you. At this point we are probably going to try and look somewhere else.
