Gloria Jean's Coffees Red Carpet Carwash I

The last couple of times I've stopped in to get ice cream I've been very disappointed in the quality of the hard serve ice cream. It is very soft, it is basically like a soft serve ice cream. I don't think your freezer is working properly. I would suggest that it be serviced. Also, the serving size has not been what it used to be. The ice cream both times was level with the top of the waffle cone, not rounded like it used to be. The service has not been great, both times I arrived at 7:30.The staff was very focused on their evening cleaning and didn't notice that people had walked in or were waiting at the counter. Very disappointed, I don't think i will be back again.

Staff were introverted. Needs a little upkeep. Menu could be a little more varied. Smoothies were average, but big serving size.

Barista was unfriendly and the drinks were watered down. worst Madagascar I have ever had there.... and it was expensive.... and it was a large one. I ordered a peach tea iced.... that was so watered down... no flavor at all. will not go there again.Parking: it is as good as it is going to get
