Qdoba Mexican Eats - Bismarck

It was a little slow on the order but fine...i wasn't in a hurry. Maybe next time they get it a little faster.

Went there on 06/29/2022 at lunch time. They had three workers total; two women in the front, making orders and running the cash register, and a guy in the back cooking meat. All three workers were hustling and professional/polite. The food was great. Shout out to the workers working hard.

We placed an online order and they made our meals without shrimp and when we called to see what was up they said they were out of shrimp. It would have been nice to know at pick up or to get a call considering the number is attached so we could have chosen something else. They also forgot all the sauce on my bowl and our chips were absolutely COVERED in SUGAR lol. Worst Qdoba I've ever been to.

Used to be one of my favorite places for quick Mexican food. Service, speed and restaurant cleanliness has really gone downhill in the past 2 years. Doesn?t seem to be related to employees because the line is staffed when I stop by.

The food is good but this place was a total mess. There were no napkins or lids, all the tables were dirty, the service took awhile, and they were out of ingredients. They pretended like no one was there to order, they just kept up their conversation. They 2 of them gave off the vibe that they didn't want to be there at all.
