Qdoba Mexican Eats - Bismarck

It's QDOBA, so there's not much to get excited about, but we visited on a frigid January day in Bismarck, ND, and it felt like they were refusing to turn up the heat. The dining room was quite chilly.

I ordered the three cheese nachos with chicken, and the food was delicious. However, the service left something to be desired. The staff didn’t make any mistakes, but they certainly didn’t seem very enthusiastic about being there. This place used to be fantastic.

It was a little slow on the order but fine...i wasn't in a hurry. Maybe next time they get it a little faster.

Went there on 06/29/2022 at lunch time. They had three workers total; two women in the front, making orders and running the cash register, and a guy in the back cooking meat. All three workers were hustling and professional/polite. The food was great. Shout out to the workers working hard.

We placed an online order and they made our meals without shrimp and when we called to see what was up they said they were out of shrimp. It would have been nice to know at pick up or to get a call considering the number is attached so we could have chosen something else. They also forgot all the sauce on my bowl and our chips were absolutely COVERED in SUGAR lol. Worst Qdoba I've ever been to.
