Alfresco - Blackburn with Darwen

Ordered the “alfresco box” with 3 different kebabs .. cheesy chips and cheese burger .. When it arrived this is what I got absolutely vile wouldn’t recommend and when I called them up asking where the cheese was they told me they put it on .. as you can see definitely no cheese. Dirty greasy donner meat too. No wonder the hygiene rating is 2 absolute awful waste of money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKE AWAY!!

All the food arrived cold.. the girl who answers the phone is so rude rang to night she’s coughing no manner no thanks

The good: When the food arrives hot it's good. The bad: Occasionally arrives cold, but avoid this by ordering at quieter times. The ugly: Personally I won't use again as the manager refused to acknowledge their mistake of sauce on a kebab, continued to tell me it was my mistake. It wasn't, used their website the same way as always. After being repeatedly told it wasn't their error, they offered a replacement but only if we pay for delivery. I decided not to bother, and was refused a refund. Obviously not customer centred company. If your order is wrong good luck getting it sorted out! Overall, Food 3* (hit and miss on it being warm) Customer service 0*

Well were do i start.... omg, this place as got to be the worst one iv had the displeasure of stepping foot into, ALL the staff very rude and arrogant, not helpful at all, these people are to be avoided, charging £1.20 for a dip when all other takeaways charge 20p, think they make up prices as they go along. The food isnt anything decent too.Dont give this restaurant your money stay away. and to top it off not one single one of them was wearing a face covering, so the danger of covid will be seriously high. while i was in they were even dam right rude to a young girl which i found revolting. dear or dear keep clear.

We had to reheat our food and then one of my daughters found a hair in her burger, which ruined our family meal. It was meant to be a celebration as one of my daughters had requested pizza from Alfresco. It's a shame because their pizzas are usually great, but we won't be returning. The manager was angry and lacked proper customer service skills, refusing to acknowledge that the food was cold and contained a hair. It was a challenging and unpleasant experience. I feel sorry for the woman who answered the phone, as it wasn't her fault at all.
