A very good service, rude waiting staff. the food I had, the Christmas price, was nice. there were many dishes that were missing from the menu, totally understand, it is difficult to plan in these uncertain times, maybe a much smaller menu could be released.

This reminded me of a previous visit when I had to wait for extra gravy because they didn’t have any clean gravy boats available at the time. I found this shocking, as it appeared to be a recurring issue. I ended up with most of my meal being too dry because of it. When we asked for more gravy this time, we were informed we had to wait again due to the lack of clean gravy boats! It’s hard to believe that after two years, they still haven’t resolved this issue. Additionally, the food was only lukewarm. I had to get up from the table to ask how long it would take, hoping to enjoy my meal while it was still warm, and I managed to get a little more gravy. After finishing our meals, we waited about 30 minutes before we could flag someone down for drinks. It’s no surprise they were out of clean gravy boats! In the 2.5 hours we were there, we only managed to get two drinks each, as the staff seemed quite inattentive. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed.

Family Sunday lunch, absolutely fabulous experience. eat delicious and service excellent.

Bad service, lack of items on the menu and felt like we were a last in the restaurant. about an hour from the starter to the main arrival. will not come back.

I met up with five friends for an evening meal catch-up, and I have to say, the staff was incredibly lovely and attentive. The food was delicious—so good that I had to return after my visit three months ago. Our server, Matthew, was a delightful young man; he was polite, funny, and went above and beyond to cater to us girls. I will definitely be coming back! xxx
