Carol Lee Donut Shop - Blacksburg

Simply the best donuts I've ever had. It's safe to say that most everyone that lives in Blacksburg or has been to Carol Lee as a visitor holds that opinion! Just be sure to get there earlier in the day as they close when they are sold out. My go-to is the white iced sprinkle donut! And you can't go wrong with the glazed either.

Great donuts. Haven't had them in many years but still taste just as good as I remember. Thanks for the memories!

This is the best donut place in the NRV. I 've eaten them for breakfast in person at the shop, at work, at church no less than 200 times and I 've tried every variety that 's been available. They have fluffy melt-in-your-mouth yeast donuts (like Krispy 's), denser but still light cake ones (like Duncan 's), as well as some unique ones. My go-to faves are the maple iced, blueberry cake, and apple pie filled. They serve H C coffee which is a bonus! The espresso is not available.Idk if that 's permanent or temporary. They do accept credit/debit cards now. Don 't waste your time at the one on that other Route in C 'burg. They leave so much grease in your mouth it 's like you ate a tablespoon of lard.

Best donut shop in the area, and theres a few good ones around here. The donuts are amazing, great selection, staff is always helpful and friendly, and the feel of it just reminds me of when I was a kid. Prices are very reasonable. Great value all around. I've been going here for over 15 years and I hope there will be plenty more years to come.
