However, the woman in the back who was cooking pizzas was incredibly friendly and recognized us, making our experience much more pleasant. It seems like the customer service should be flipped—Joan should be in the back, as she clearly lacks customer service skills. When we left, my partner wished them a good day, and Joan responded with a dismissive "Yeah," which left us both feeling quite unhappy with her attitude. Unfortunately, we've heard similar complaints about Joan from others who have had unsatisfactory experiences with her. Due to this poor customer service, we won’t be returning any time soon.
The staff member didn’t know how to process the card payment and was unsure how to handle cash as well. This was all happening because they were closing at 10 PM, and I arrived at 9:45 PM.
A friend of mine recently visited the restaurant and encountered an older lady at the cash register who was quite rude. However, once her boss arrived, her demeanor completely changed, and she became friendly and helpful.
They know me as regular and are friendly and friendly. the pizzas are bombed and they also seem to have everything I need on storage in the refrigerators.
I purchased a pizza online, and when I went to pick it up, the guy making the pizza named Tom, was cussing and slamming things around the kitchen, and cussed at me and said, I don 't understand why you f ing people don 't make your own food. Not to mentioned he got my order wrong. Guy was a total disaster, no wonder he 's working at Casey 's in his 40 's, what a loser.
