Rib Country Bbq - Blairsville

Your baby back ribs are the best ribs I've ever had in my life. My mother had grown up a bartender at Chili’s for 14 years, so I had my fair share of baby ribs. I'm a local here in Blairsville and I have Rib Country ribs against The Pink Pig, Jim's Smoking Q, Longhorn... and these were unbeatable so far. Customer service is consistently great and the restaurant is very clean. A total of 5 stars!

Really good BBQ at decent prices. Went in with my vacation group and got an onion loaf to share. It was really good and perfectly cooked. The ranch... I don't know if they make it from scratch or not but I need that recipe. It was so good. I got the brisket lunch plate with sweet potato casserole and fries. The sweet potato casserole was so yummy. It had deliciously caramelized bits of pecans on top. My brisket was pretty good, had maybe a tiny bit too much fat in it, but nothing really to complain about. My boyfriend got a huge feast for one and I tried the chicken and it was juicy and flavorful. All my party was pleased with their meals and happy with the service.

We also tried the Pulled Pork Plate for $11, which would have been perfect if it hadn’t included too many crispy bits of pulled pork. The side that accompanied this order was enjoyable as well. To top off our meal, we ordered the Peace Apple Pie with ice cream, and it was truly delightful. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch experience!

Absolutely delicious! The service was quick and the staff incredibly friendly! The BBQ chicken and ribs were amazing, falling right off the bone! We ordered combo #3, and it was more than enough for two people!

The best BBQ I've had in a long time! My mother and I stopped by the city for lunch and tried the baby ribs and brisket—both were incredibly delicious! Our waiter, Austin, provided fantastic service and had a wonderfully friendly personality. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely return!
