Írjon visszajelzéstAwesome small town brewery! Especially love the key lime sour and s?mores beer, but everything I?ve tried is delicious! Highly recommend visiting. Thursday nights trivia is a blast. Very cool!
Very friendly bartender and reasonable prices. Nice indoor ambiance with a large patio outside. I liked that they offered flights of beer (4 tasters) for only $8.50. The barrel aged Hog Breath was very good. I also appreciate they are experimentingwith some more unique combinations or beer and sweets (smore beer and key lime beer). Overall, I felt the beer could useimprovement (hence the 3 star rating), but this place has a lot of promise.
I have to admit, I miss the old location—it had such a great charm with its historic building. The new place has a typical brewery vibe, which is fine, but I don't think the beer has improved since moving. I tried the S'more, and while it was nice to see it garnished with whipped cream and graham crackers, that was about the only highlight. The Coconut Porter was just okay, nothing to write home about, and the Oktoberfest didn't quite have the traditional taste I expected. I'm not sure if the fermentation temperature was off or what, but it was lacking. Unfortunately, the Barrel Aged Oktoberfest was disappointing. It had a very acidic and vinegary smell, and the barrel-aged flavor wasn’t enjoyable at all. I’m not sure if it got contaminated in the barrel, but it was definitely not good.
During our visit from out of town, we were staying at Canoe Bay and were on the lookout for a nearby lunch spot. We're so glad we chose Bloomer! The service was friendly, the beer selection was excellent, and the pizza made in the oven behind the bar was delicious. We’ll definitely return the next time we’re in Wisconsin!
My wife Nora and I visited this brewery yesterday and were truly impressed, not only by the variety of beers we tried but also by the warm service we received from Michelle. We're from Nebraska and are staying in the Chippewa Falls area for a few days while enjoying some fantastic motorcycling, by the way. Michelle took the time to share the brewery's history and its current status with us, which we really appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the 715 Summer Ale and the Nut Brown, along with several other samples. This place is a must-visit for anyone who loves craft beer and appreciates the artwork that breweries showcase on their products. Thank you so much, Michelle, for making our visit memorable! We will definitely stop by again the next time we’re in the area.
