I enjoyed the comfortable environment. I especially appreciated seeing how well all staff communicated with one another to ensure the best experience possible for their diners. Food was excellent, carefully beautifully presented and served immediately. Service was attentive and accommodating and suggestions were helpful. Overall a lovely dining experience in all respects .

We ate at Flame and Smith during countylicious in November, so the restaurant was quieter than it would be during peak season. The food and drinks were excellent (the crudo and cod were standouts) and the layout/ambience of the restaurant are really cool. Would definitely recommend Flame and Smith to anyone looking for a spot to eat in the county.
