Bussin Birria Tacos - Bloomington

Hands down the BEST food at MOA. Everything tastes so fresh, thoughtful and delicious. Even their tortillas are the bomb (I found out they're made FOR Bussin' by a local Lake Street business, cool! . And speaking of tortillas, the GENIUS idea to sneakone underneath the nachos to wrap up all the yummy bits when you're done is spectacular. Can't wait to try everything on themenu, and bring my Vegan pals too.

Crunchy tacos. Fried crunchy tacos that you dip in a beef broth. Good comfort food but not for a diet. The meat is well prepared. Could use less cheese. The beef broth dip is tasty.

The wait at the self-serve kiosk to place your order can be quite long, but once you get past that, the food comes out quickly! They have QR codes posted everywhere, so you can check out the menu beforehand. The birria tacos were fantastic, and my dad loved his chicken quesadilla! The consomme is definitely worth the extra cost. Just make sure to go through all the tabs when ordering to avoid missing out on drinks like we did!

It was quite busy, and I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. However, the wait was definitely worth it because the birria tacos were delicious, and I got to enjoy them with a lovely view. Just a heads-up, they don't accept cash, so keep that in mind!

My husband and I were eager to try something new, and he chose Bussin Birria tacos. We placed our order and paid via a tablet, which meant we didn’t need to interact with any staff. I noticed that there’s also an option for ordering ahead for pickup. I was pleased to see that they offer meatless options. The vegan chicken, made from jackfruit, was well-seasoned and delicious. My husband ordered the chicken birria tacos, and there was plenty of dipping sauce to share. All the sauces are served on the side. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and would definitely visit again.
