Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bloomington

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I will never come back here again. I arrived two minutes after my pick-up time, checked in at the cash register, and waited for 15 minutes while they served other customers who arrived after me. When I politely asked the cashier what was happening, the manager came out of the back and raised his voice at me. He informed me that they were out of many ingredients, 30 minutes after I had placed my order through the app. Each item in my order was missing at least half of its components. Instead of offering substitutions or refunds, the manager gave me a phone number for an automated line which was unhelpful. I ended up going to Taco Bell for a better meal at half the cost and no hassle. I will be seeking a refund through my credit card due to the lack of care and poor service at this restaurant.

They were several times at this place to see if the dings were better in the run of time. they didn't. they will shove their food so that they end the half of the regular size with burritos compared to other Chipotle locations. they increase their prices, but half scrubbing their food. do not recommend to come at this place

This is just one of the worst stallions in the state. a large percentage of my visits / orders from this place are immediately hit with restrictions, what I can and cannot order. there is literally always something wrong at this place. To be honest, they simply drive to another chipotle and save themselves the annoying. whatever manager is here must be fired because that is a sweat.

We ordered four items all with barbacoa meat, but two of them were missing the meat. We tried to contact the restaurant for a refund, but they never answered the phone. Check out the photo of the tacos.

Every single time we order from this specific location, they always, always leave out ingredients. Don’t pay extra for large guac and queso, cause they will just give you a small anyways. Chips are stale. Both bags. Missing 1/4 of my bowl.
