Steak 'n Shake - Bloomington

We went through the drive through and there was a very annoyed customer in front of us. Is did take a while, but she was rather snippy. When we pulled to the order speaker, the person was with us quickly and took the order. It didn't take long for us to get to the window, where the staff seemed talked by the other customer as they were working through the frustration of it, all the while being professional to us. I let them know that they should ignore the outlier and that they were doing a fine job. Especially for it being this late. The food was well prepared and the service more than courteous.

It's a great place to get a steak burger for lunch. Make sure to order two patties on your burger. They are thin two are about right. The strawberry shake is also very good along with the skinny fries. This times two for under 30 dollars. The place in Bloomington Ind. Only takes cards no cash.

Weird not talking and ordering with humans. But the kiosk to order was great. I hated knowing there was no malts. Bummer. By the way i don't like not having the humans in the building making the food for me not say anything. Personally i feel if the world wants to go digital fine but if i see people making my food then they should speak. Just my personal opinion. Otherwise the meal was great!

I love steak n shake! But I didn't care for the garlic butter burger, it was a greasy mess! The fries I got were also about 1 inch nubs, so I wasn't impressed with them either.

Welcome, to shake your steak in the bathroom. The food was alright, burger a tad salty, but decent. Employee interaction was nonexistent, like the attention to cleanliness. The dining room seems like it has not been cleaned since the invention of mops, and the bathroom is a true warzone of multiple bouts of extremely violent, yet accurate butt barfs in the toilets, and many likely intoxicated individuals trying to aim for the urinal, and missing. And no, they didn't mop in the bathrooms, either.
