Domino's Pizza - Blountville

I ordered three pizzas online for $50. After waiting over an hour and 15 minutes, I called the restaurant and was placed on hold. When an employee finally answered, I asked politely about the status of my order. However, he responded rudely, stating that they were busy. When I inquired about an estimated delivery time, he shouted for someone named Jeremy and put me on hold again. He then intentionally hung up on me. After calling back, the employee answered and informed me that the address on my order was incorrect. Instead of attempting to rectify the situation or collect the correct address, he simply told me the address was wrong. Disappointed by the lack of customer service and blatant rudeness, I decided to cancel my order. I would have given zero stars if possible for this experience.

The pick up service at this restaurant is convenient, with reasonable prices. However, the quality of the pizzas can vary, with some being better than others and occasionally being on the smaller side.

Domino’s has the Best Pizza We go three times a week for their gluten free crust. They offer great coupons for savings.

If I could give less than one star I would. Avoid THIS specific location at all costs. I've had nothing but bad experiences here from raw pizza and raw chicken to them just not even being able to deliver the order after waiting because they're under-staffed. Regardless of the situation I'd not waste your time or money ordering from this location for terrible quality IF they even do deliver or fulfill your pickup order it's terrible food with so many other options available. I'd go without before I spent money here again in all honesty. (Local Resident)
