Mellow Mushroom Blowing Rock

$51 for a large House Special and a small cheese. Very pricey but very tasty. I don't think this location cooked the crust long enough as it was soggy from the toppings and hard to pick up. But it was still delicious.

We went to 'Art in the Park ' at Blowing Rock and chose to get lunch at Mellow Mushroom even if the wait was long. The hostess estimated a wait of 30 minutes but about 10 minutes later we received a text that our table was ready. Yeah!! We sat on the patio and had 'Great White Pizza ' and 'House Salad '. The pizza 's toppings included five cheeses. I was afraid that I would miss meat but didn 't in the least because the cheese pizza was DELICIOUS! It was probably the best pizza I 've ever eaten. The service and food was great! I highly recommend this Mellow Mushroom.

Always a good choice! Soup is delicious. Service has never been an issue. Pleasant, fun atmosphere for any age. Never had a bad meal the last 6 years we have been vacationing in Blowing Rock.

Best pizza I've ever had, and another in my party said the same. I expected this, as I've thoroughly enjoyed it at other locations in the MM chain. But the service at this one was also top-notch! We sat on the patio and just had a great experience overall.

I want to thank the manager for his help. I don't know his name, my apologies. Well my daughter had bought 2 new dresses prior to our meal on Saturday. She left her bag at the restaurant when we left. She didn't remember until we were almost home. He took the dresses to the post office and refused to allow us to even reimburse him for any cost. I just want to say Thank you for your help. It is greatly appreciated. Take Care and we will be back.
