Applebee's Grill - Blue Springs

Waitress forgot to turn in one order of 4. The rest of us were through eating when it was delivered. Manager made it right. Food was hot,but chicken was over done.

Took my father out for his birthday. We got the all you can eat shrimp ribblets and boneless wings deal. Our waitress Lori did an absolutely amazing job.

I had shrimp and it was amazing. Also the service was quick and clean.

Decent food, service is excellent. Tables have been kinda sticky but maybe it's the cleaners that need to be used since COVID?

Waited 10 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant just to be sat down. Needs some better management — the manager saw us and just kept ignoring we were there.
