Rainbow - Blue Summit

Very friendly staff (I believe they’re the owners), quality food in the buffet, they are good about taking away empty plates, refilling drinks, and keeping the buffet stocked. Only improvement I would suggest is making the interior a little more up to date.

The General Tso’s chicken had no spice (the flavor was very bland), the sweat and sour chicken was extremely dry, and the rice and noodles were very greasy.

The buffet is small but it's an insane deal. The hot and sour soup is so good!

I’ve eaten here for 5 years and have never given a review- this food is amazing. I only order for pickup. My food is always fresh, hot, and very tasty. I love it here. One day I will do the buffett but I’m scared I won’t be able to drive home. I’d eat everything up.
