Pizza Hut - Bluffton

My job was perfect. I placed it while I was my Doc Appt and when I got there, my order was ready. Kudos to you and keep the good work

The manager at this location is fantastic, and they did everything they could to fill a catering order as soon as possible.

We always have a great experience with Pizza Hut. However, tonight there was some confusion with our order. The driver, Blue, was quick to address the issue without us even having to ask. I believe a company's true worth lies in how it treats its customers, especially those who don't complain—like us. We are quite easygoing and could have accepted the mix-up, but we were pleasantly surprised by how professionally and swiftly Blue handled the situation, all with a smile. We'll definitely continue to support our Bluffton Pizza Hut! Thank you, Blue!

The young man who took my order (I believe his name is Antonio) was fantastic. He was cheerful and very polite. He even brought my food out to my car when it was ready. This is what great service looks like. My pizza was exactly as I had ordered.

"I stopped in for a quick dinner and found the pizza to be fresh and delicious. I give it four stars, but I must mention that the manager was actively involved in taking orders and cooking, which seemed a bit unprofessional. I'm disappointed in how Pizza Hut operates; they mirror the practices of many restaurants by paying low wages without offering benefits."
