Írjon visszajelzéstThe entire building had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a restroom. There were flies everywhere, even crawling on the cones and the ice cream. The employee simply swatted them away without a word to continue serving. It felt like something was very off in this place.
This is America, where excellent customer service should always be a top priority. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was quite the opposite. I waited for someone to take my order, but the employee behind the counter completely ignored me and continued chatting on his cell phone. Instead of attending to me, he walked away, still using his phone, and vanished. I was taken aback by this lack of professionalism. Baskin-Robbins really needs to improve its service; this has been one of my worst customer service experiences to date. I'm not surprised to see that you only have one star rating—I'd actually give you a zero if I could. This particular location is tarnishing your reputation and needs immediate attention. Moreover, the store appeared unsanitary, with the ice cream left open and exposed to what seemed like dirty air. It's no wonder another customer commented that the ice cream wasn't properly cared for and had freezer burn.
I have never been so disappointed as I was at this Baskin Robbins. We tried four different flavors, and all of them were filled with ice crystals and ice chunks. The Jamoca Almond Fudge had mushy almonds, and the Butter Pecan was freezer burnt and grainy. The cones were stale as well. They really shouldn’t be allowed to use the Baskin Robbins name!
