My order took too long to be ready even though it was drive-thru, staff not friendly at all

The one person working was busting her tail trying to take care of customers. She was there by herself. When someone finally showed up to help the next five minutes we?re spent arguing about how nothing was done. I can?t see how you can expect one person to do all the cooking and take care of the people at the front and drive through. We put our online order in yesterday a full 18 hours before we needed it and still having to wait because they are just now starting the order 10 minutes after our pickup time, it is for 11 pizzas. I will be here a while

Around the building and dumpsters are a disgrace trash everywhere.Parking lot has potholes everywhere and the pizza hasnt been that good lately. Customer service was very laughable, employees on their cell phones and ignoring customers while they was sitting in the back kitchen horseplaying

This pizza shop solid. Friendly from the get. Working hard with a smile in the COVID. Bless em. Took care of me special on the quick. Terrific, friendly service. Good pizza. And they got the shrooms. Always been been fond of the Seizures since waaay back and all the changes... miss my Pizza-Pizza. This one keepin' me. I'll be back when I'm around. Thank you for taking care of me and getting me on my way! Baby Boo couldn't fine her chill on that long car ride.

This place is quite a distance up the hill. My order was wrong, and by the time I got home—just two minutes away—everything was cold. I won't be spending my money there again, and I definitely don't recommend it to others!
