Carl's Jr. - Boardman

I normally really like Carl’s Jr.. But I didn’t even get a chance to order. I was waiting in line for a few minutes. But when it came time for me to go up to the cashier. That’s when the cashier decided to start serving orders instead of cashing. When there was already people doing that. So I stayed in front of the cashier for quite a few minutes. After a while, I finally decided to leave. This place needs a lot of work.

Waited 34 minutes for my order. Other people whi can in after me were served 1st. I noticed the crew was not going on order . The cook looked like he was stoned and was constantly confused. Several people walked out as they were truck drivers on a set clock so the couldn't wait around. The other customers were getting angry too.. I asked the supervisor how he planned to make this up , he said there was nothing he could do. AVOID THIS LOCATION !!

The customer service at this Carl's Jr has gone downhill in the last six months. If you order something to go make sure you check your bag they have given me regular fries instead of waffle fries a couple of times.

Stopped in this Carls Jr. for lunch on the go and to fuel up. It took forever to get my order, I got lost in the system somehow

Don't waste your time. Got here a few minutes before 10pm. Says open till 11pm. They are closed. Told me they close early to clean for a few hours. When my co-driver asked about it they told her it's the new POS system and that they always close early when they feel like it. Thanks for being there for us, truckers. We appreciate making your deliveries to get no services back.
