The service was good overall, but they took a little too long to bring us the bill. We waited for over 15 minutes before we could pay. Other than that, everything was fine.

The food was excellent, but the portion sizes have decreased significantly while the prices have increased significantly. Additionally, we were seated at a table next to two loud children, which detracted from our overall dining experience. I would only consider returning if I had a substantial discount or coupon.

ONE waitress for multiple tables, wait times for table service, the check, the bag to go was ridiculous. Our chef was great although she shorted me on the chicken fried rice and had to get my portion from the take out line, which I did not appreciate at all. There were only 7 people at our table and she still didn’t have enough fried rice for all 7. I think the guy in the first seat who was only have rice, got double portions.

Family dinner for three. We love Benihana and frequent the I drive location in Orlando

Waitress very slow on serving us or even paying attention to our needs. Always had to repeat our requests over over. Chef didn’t cook the food properly, I ordered steak /lobster , everyone had steak or chicken. Our steaks were the last thing the chef cooked, mean while the rest of my food on the plate was cold and I was the last one in my party to finish my meal. In my opinion the chef should have cooked all the meats together and the lobster last . We won’t be returning, the restaurant always has the same reply back. Why do I need to be inconvenienced to reach out to the restaurant? They should be calling me for my feedback
