Chili's Grill - Boca Raton

The special drink speciality is always a fixed deal! the frozen margaritas have so much taste and a kick to them!

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic! The bartenders are especially enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. We noticed the hostess eating while we were seated at the bar, and she even placed her food under the table, right next to customers who were waiting to be seated. The walls in the bar area are grimy and sticky, which detracts from the overall atmosphere. This place definitely needs to step up its cleanliness. The food is decent—loaded fries are particularly good—but if the dining area appears this unkempt, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Overall, the staff is wonderful, but the service could use some improvement.

I understand that you're slow and understaffed, but I really don't need a ugly little girl who screams at me. it was an embarrassing experience. I am in the same industry and do not understand how they can forget the dessert of a child for whom I was accused and she had two tables. my child said it was best that she would smoke the good thing that the guy in the van does on strange things.

So I know that chili is a chain, but we have come to this special place for many years because we live very close to us. it was always a good standard and then for a few years it was not so hot. But we tried again a year ago, and we are so glad that we were masters. we always sit on the bar and ashley takes care of us each time. I think my man and I just tried everything on the menu. Of course, they cannot go wrong with the burgers, my man loves the sirloin and believe it or not the salmon is really good (the sauce is delicious.) ashley explained to us that a new manager has taken over and since then everything was on the point. we go a few times in the month as it is on the road and we were never disappointed. if you feel chilis, make this your target!
