The food here is truly excellent and delicious. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. Some staff members even scold you for asking questions. I've always tipped, but honestly, in my recent visits, I haven't felt inclined to do so because good service should be earned. I find myself having to ask for everything—sauces, drinks, and even cigarettes. Plus, they constantly play reggaeton at a loud volume. I don't want to come off as bitter, as I understand that this genre appeals to many young people, but it gets repetitive. If you're going to play music, it would be nice to have some variety to cater to different tastes. For that reason, it might be better to just order the food and take it home.

I used to eat here frequently when I was younger, and the Gordo Burger was a staple for me—I've yet to find a better burger anywhere. After traveling around the country, I'm happy to see Gordo Burger thriving when I returned for a visit. The staff were friendly and prompt in taking care of me. The negative reviews here are just the typical complaints from those who often voice their opinions. This place truly deserves 10 out of 5 stars.
