Moon Thai Boca Raton

The duck noodle soup is incredible. My wife and I also love the magic moon roll, the pineapple fried rice, basil fried rice, and all the duck dishes. Great restaurant.

Not the best I have ever had. I probably far from being a sushi connoisseur, but I know what I like. The Sashimi Combo B did not have the freshest fish. It was dry and a bit chewy. The fish seemed to be several days old. Maybe because I ordered right as the restaurant opened or it was a Sunday, but it was not fresh. Also too many 'fancy items(bbq eel, fried prawn heads, soggy shrimp, and some cucumber topped with roe). I thought that Sashimi was always the fresh sliced fish. Overall I would go somewhere else. Also the pricing was much higher than other places that are much better. I am giving two stars because at least the soup, salad, and rolls were good.

Very nice atmosphere quick and pleasant service. The food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely repeat very good price!!

Presentation wise the food looked good, flavor wise was blah which talks about the quality and freshness of the food. The service was slow, really slow for only a few tables occupied. The bathroom was dirty and in front of it you could see the kitchen which didn’t look much better.

DIMSUM!!!!Moon Thai saved me. Being from NY where you can find great dimsum left and right, it is frustrating to find out there's no dimsum or Cantonese restaurant in Boca Raton or nearby city until I saw in Google that Moon Thai have it in their menu. So I drove there to satisfy my dimsum cravings and they didn't disappoint. Food was prepared fresh and my tummy ....very happy. Lady in the front was very nice too and walked me through on what they have. I ordered to go and while waiting for my food , she offered me to have a seat in the bar so I can be comfi and even asked me if I want water. Wow.... excellent service. First in Boca. Btw, restaurant's decor is cute and it's very clean too. For sure, Moon Thai is now added to one of my go to Asian restaurants around. Highly recommended.I will be back.
