Pollo Tropical - Boca Raton

I did not receive the Orange Cake! The turkey sausage in the Arroz Campesino was heavily spiced, which gave the dish a sour flavor. I also requested napkins and utensils, but my order came without any utensils. I would appreciate a credit on my account for the missing Orange Cake!

The chicken breast was extremely tough. It's always unpredictable with this place.

My order was incorrect, and I received the wrong soda. The Boca location is the worst. I should have seen it coming.

I ordered the Grill Master Trio, but the food did not look anything like what was advertised in the photo. The steak was overcooked and burned. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me that this is how it is typically served. She didn't apologize or offer any solutions. The only thing she was willing to do was issue a refund.

I recently visited this restaurant with my sister, who knows I love Polo-Tropic. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've ever had. The chicken was dry, the brown rice was inedible (we ended up throwing it away), the plantains were dried out, the rolls were stale, and the black beans were watered down. It was truly awful. I suggested that she call the manager to share our concerns, but she said we should never return. I really think management should be aware of how bad the food was since it was hardly edible.
