Írjon visszajelzést2 years ago dragged to boca and this is one of the few latin food chains near me. it was great at first, but in the last six months the quality has declined. not sure whether it is a change of administration, personal or food shortage, but whatever it is not good. I ordered the chorrasco today and it was not, it was a very bad quality steak not cooked in churrasco form. it was thick, fat was not even cut off and chew. Unfortunately, this will be ordered from here last time.
Stopped in before 5pm on a Wed. night and was only the 2nd table seated. The young man who seated me wouldn't speak to me but my young waitress was much more friendly she was efficient. I started with a very good Mojito served in a mug also had a good glass of Cabernet there was just one choice with my Cuban Ropa Vieja, which was delicious shredded beef in red wine sauce with green olives and capers and was served with rice, sweet plantains a small salad. I started with 2 beef empanadas, priced at just 1.45 each, but was charged for just one, because of happy hour, I assume. Was only billed for the one cocktail also, so I assume the wine was also covered by the happy hour. Also had the Arepo de Choclo con Queso, a sweet corn cake like a pancake with queso cheese on top. It was rich but very good. The cozy dining room is nicely decorated. One wall is designed to make it appear that you are outside, mounted on the other wall are many old style cameras and snapshots of I assume family members. I love Tres Leches cake, but was too full. Maybe next time.
It is a good sign when you go to a Latino restaurant and you are the only person, including the other diners, whose first language is English. The live music was great and the only complaint would be that I ordered to go and they did not ask nor give me utensils or napkins. Was not taking it home.
I really liked this place. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The menu had a good variety. The server was great, attentive and on point. We ordered a lot off the menu and everything was really good. We really enjoyed the empanadas. My wife is Colombian, so we love Colombian food, this place fed our craving for something really good and flavorful. The aji is really good also. Highly recommend this place.
First time having Columbian food and had to say Racheritos surely exceeded my expectations. Portion was just right for the price and both dishes we had were tasty. The inside decor had a nice local vibe and touch. Service was very friendly and gave good suggestions on the recipes for newbies to the cuisine.Had outdoor seatings but a lot of bugs. We had to move inside as soon as the food arrived.
