Six Tables A - Boca Raton

We kicked things off with a French sparkling wine and a seared Diver Scallop that was outstanding. The soups we tried were the signature Lobster Bisque and a seasonal cold soup made with vegetables and fruits, both paired with fresh herb bread from the oven. Once again, both were excellent! Next, we had the Caesar salad, the original recipe created in 1924 by Caesar Cardini, an Italian restaurateur in Tijuana, Mexico (with no anchovies). Although served on chilled plates as expected, our group found it rather bland and lacking flavor. Following that, we enjoyed a refreshing sorbet to cleanse the palate. For our entrées, we had the Filet Mignon and the Au Poivre Venison, both cooked to perfection and accompanied by baby asparagus and sautéed potatoes. The portions were generous, and the Filet Mignon was so tender that it could be cut with just a fork. For dessert, we indulged in Crepe Suzette with fresh peaches and Chocolate Mousse, both of which were very satisfying. The hand-pressed coffee was flavorful and a great finish to the meal. Overall, it was a good experience deserving of four stars. We'll definitely return, keeping expectations realistic, knowing we'll enjoy a solid meal prepared by passionate chefs. Cheers!

I had an excellent dining experience with delicious food. There was no rush during the meal, as all the guests (who arrived at 7 PM) were the only diners for the evening. The courses were served at a perfect pace and cooked to perfection. I even overheard another guest mention that she doesn't like venison, but after trying a bite, she said she would actually order it here! I opted for the duck and was thoroughly impressed. This is truly how food should be prepared!

Happy New Year! Our dinner was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed a special New Year's Eve menu, complete with wine pairings for each course. This was our fourth consecutive year celebrating here, and we brought my 85-year-old dad along for a special dining experience. He doesn't have opportunities to enjoy meals like this in Kansas. It's the perfect place to savor great food in a cozy atmosphere.
