Subway - Boca Raton

This subway is the absolute worst location. If your hours are until 10pm, you are supposed to serve until that closing time. I walked in at 9:20 and the children turned me away saying they were closed. This has happened multiple times. Not only that, when they do serve you, it takes these children 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich because they're all stoned out of their minds.

I entered the restaurant and noticed three teenagers inside. I stood there, but none of them greeted me or acknowledged my presence. They all appeared lethargic and unhappy, almost like they were under the influence. Even the customers who arrived in their cars with boxes looked irritated. It felt as if they were all reluctantly forced to work together in this subway!

Really bad customer service. I saw the veggies have been sitting for days. my online order lasted an hour to be prepared and when I went into business, they were without shame prioritizing people in-store before me who came after my order.

Are you kidding me?... worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life... I ordered on the app, picked up my order and this is what I was greeted to when I got home to eat it. Stay as far away from this dump as possible they will rob you blind

Manager is very rude. She has no patience , asked if there were any ranch since it wasn’t on my sight , she asked me if I was blind. This place will never see me again. Toaster very dirty. Just disgusting
