L'Osteria - Bochum

Hi. I put ZERO TO STAFF SERVICE TO L 'Osteria BOCHUM Very Very Bad experience dining in at Lunch time yesterday 21 June. Waited with my 2 small kids for food for 45 min but WITHOUT ANY KIND OF explanation or apologies. Even one single drink was lying on their Bar for more than 30 min and I had to ask her to go and bring it.I had to ask where is our food ????....my Daughter had to go to McDonald 's to eat and return. Very bad staff because ABSOLUTELY NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER. When I complained and told the staff that last time will come back...he told me EGAL or WHATEVER as you like!!!!!!!!?????. Is there a Management or what? Even when we arrive Staff were walking around us and Nobody seated us unless we called them. THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED BY AMERICAN RESTAURANTS MANAGERS HOW SERVICE SHOULD BE AND HOW TO CALM CUSTOMER AND COMMUNCATE NICELY. If they canot hire Professional Manager or Good Staff then they closed not humiliate customers.

I tried Vegetarian Pizza and Aperol Spritz. It was great! Pizza was rising:

A little bit to crowded for my taste but the biggest pizza I have ever seen for a single person. And tasty too. The service was good but totally overworked. But the food fabulous. I was so shocked from the size of the pizza that I forgot to take a picure

Rundum gelungener Abend in einem sehr schönen Restaurant mit nettem Service und sehr leckeren Pizzen!Die Salate sind ebenfalls lecker!Nicht unerwähnt bleiben sollte die wöchentlich wechselnde Speisekarte! Fazit: Immer wieder gerne!

Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Tomatensuppe und das Risotto waren gut.Die Pizzen waren geschmacklich gut. Aber der Rand 2 von 3 wahr stellen Weise Schwarz und hart. In der mitte zu weich.
