Good standard hotel. Terribly hot in the rooms, no air conditioning and the window could not be opened. It clearly lowers the overall rating. I don't know if there was yellow detergent in the toilet seat or if someone peed without flushing. Looked really disgusting. The elevators very cramped. This hotel would need a refresh. The hotel has a very nice, renovated lobby, but the rest of the hotel needs some improvements. The saunas and lounges were excellent. It was not too crowded during the week, but it got very busy on the weekend to the point where we had to use the stairs because the elevators were not able to keep up. The food at the restaurant was decent.

Everything was good, but the room cleaning policy doesn't impressed me, because room was very dusty.

The hotel, although old, is still nice with relatively clean rooms and a decent breakfast. It is centrally located in the city. Depending on which side of the hotel you are on, you may have a very hot room in the morning or afternoon during the summer, but there is a fan available in the closet. The staff is friendly and helpful, however there are a few areas that could be improved. There is no regular cleaning service, so you will need to request it the day before. Additionally, there seemed to be some favoritism shown by one of the receptionists towards male guests, which was not the best first impression. Don't miss out on the spectacular view from the gym, even though the gym itself is lacking.
