Really nice restaurant in the city center of Bodø. Right on the main square. Only a few minutes walk from the port and the train station. The 7 course meal is incredible, with a really good variation of tastes. Everything from fish tacos to steam buns. The menu also changes very often, depending on the season. Their win package is also very fitting to their meals.

The ceviche is fantastic! It’s a perfect melody of salt and vinegar with spices and a crunchy topping atop a solid amount of shrimp. Really good starter before having the Smash Burger. The burger is juicy with a saucy sweetness that penetrates your soul. Vibes are really on point too. Pangea is an excellent choice to make especially as a geologist picking a restaurant based on name along (supercontinent Pangea?!?!?

Speaking as a thirtysomething born and bred Bodø native: This is probably the best dining experience you can get in town these days. I highly recommend the six course set menu with the wine pairing; great produce, delicious flavours and equally good wines throughout. Highlights from our dinner included the halibut ceviche and asparagus tacos. The staff is both attentive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and informal while retaining a clear sense of style. Fantastic value for money as well.
