Domino's Pizza - Boerne

Ordered a pizza to go delivery was FAST!!! But when I opened it I got one of them burnt dried out while the other looked like it was thrown into the box…

Orderd online 2.9 miles away and said after it was done that they couldn't drive that far. So go in to get it the next day and no one was in the store so I waited and they said it wasn't there. Ordered in the store and still got the wrong thing when we picked it up.

Ordered pizza that came almost 2 hours late. The pizza was cold and dry! It looked like what a child made. No one enjoyed the pizza. Ended up trashing the whole thing!I called the store, the guy that picked up tells me that the pizza is not considered late and that he is the only one at the store. And offered to give me credit for next orderThis is my last time ordering for them!

Constantly getting something wrong, instead of fixing it on the spot they keep asking me if it’s okay to fix it the next time I order or talk to a manager the next day. I’m done ordering dominos while still in Boerne. Dairy allergies seem to not matter, let alone quickly fixing a mistake. Just over it. They have forgotten sodas, made pastas wrong and forgotten salad dressings. All little things that have finally added up to me being a Karen in a google review. Thanks guys.
