Wendy's - Boerne

Even when Wendy's Boerne is extremely busy, everyone shows great enthusiasm. Mrs Coraline went above and beyond with excellent service.

Filthy dining area and drink dispenser. Only two tables were seated and every table was dirty. There were gnats buzzing around the ketchup dispenser. Manager that took order looked miserable and impatient. Burger patties were cold, not warm, literally cold. My child ate his fries but I threw his burger away and will get him something from anywhere else. Worst fast food restaurant location. 3 pm not even busy.

Burger was not fresh off the grill, tasted like it was done for awhile.

To be honest, food portions are getting smaller and smaller. Yet price keeps going up. Truthfully the customer is being taken advantage of. Not worth what you pay.
